Exterior glass, frames, sills and doors cleaned with purified water on a reach-and-pole system — no ladders against your walls, no detergent residue, no streaks as it dries. On a round we return every 4 or 8 weeks, you pay per visit, and you can pause or stop whenever you like. Inside-and-out cleans add interior glass and sills throughout.
Round prices assume front and back access without a key. A one-off exterior clean that is not on a round is +50%. Above three storeys, and anything needing a cherry picker, scaffold or abseil, is quoted after a look. Travel as per our travel policy. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

Priced separately so the base price stays honest
If the job is materially different from the booking, the team stops, photographs it and calls you before doing any work. We never do extra work first and invoice for it afterwards.
Why a round is cheaper than calling someone when the glass looks bad
Regular cleaning keeps mineral deposits from bonding to the glass. Leave it six months and every visit becomes a restoration job.
Purified water, not a squeegee and a bucket
Deionised water dries without residue, so the glass stays clean longer and frames come up with the panes. It also means no ladders leaning on your render or gutters.
Priced per property, not per pane
You know the number before we arrive. A semi is £35 on a round, every visit, until you tell us to stop. No counting windows, no surprise for the conservatory.

How much does window cleaning cost in Oxford?
On a 4- or 8-weekly round: £30 for a flat or terraced house, £35 for a semi, £45 for a detached house, £60 for a large detached, exterior glass, frames, sills and doors included. One-off inside-and-out cleans start at £70. Commercial premises are from £35 an hour with an £80 minimum.
Do I have to sign up to a contract?
No. A round is pay-per-visit and you can pause or stop it with a message. The round price simply reflects that we are already on your street.
Do you clean the frames and sills?
Yes, always. Frames, sills and doors are part of every visit, not an extra.
Can you do the inside as well?
Yes — the inside-and-out one-off covers interior glass and sills throughout. On a round, interior cleans can be added quarterly if you like.
What about a conservatory, solar panels or gutters?
All available as add-ons: conservatory roof from £60, solar panels from £60 per array, gutter clearing from the ground from £75.
How high can you reach?
Three storeys with the pole system, from the ground. Anything higher, or needing a cherry picker, scaffold or abseil, is quoted separately after a look.
